I called 3 times and spoke with the secretary. Each time I was told that
Brent would call me back. He never did. Highly unprofessional. Even if
he could not do the job, a phone call would have been nice.

. He stated he would have a quote for us by the following Monday at the latest. He seemed very professional and a real go getter. I have not received a quote and after many calls to their office have not even received a response. The job we need completed would be thousands of dollars. Iand quot;m very dissappointed.

Never showed. Does not call back as promised.

The company quickly responded when we needed their service. I would use them in the future if I needed to.

The owner of the company, Brent, returned my first call. He came out and did some diagnostics on my electrical panel and found that the voltage was varying inside the panel and it needed replaced. One of his technicians came out the very next morning and replaced the entire electrical panel. The existing panel had wires everywhere inside and was very confusing to try to follow and see what wires went to which breakers. The new panel is extremely! neat and easy to follow. Before the technician turned on the breakers inside the house, he went outside to check the voltage at the meter and at the top of the house where the main line from the pole comes in. He did not like the reading that he was getting so they called the electric company to come out and diagnose. When the electric company came out, they found that 1 of the hot leads between 2 of the telephone poles had broken and then came down and touched the aluminum neutral wire and melted it. So 2 of the 3 wires providing me electricity were broken. We had 1 hot wire running to the house. After the electric company repaired the lines, the technician came back and tested the breaker panel and made sure that everything was working correctly. Both gentlemen that I spoke with were very professional and gave me helpful information. I definitely plan to use them in the future. I'm not sure if they are the cheapest in the area, but the quality work and professionalism that they provide are well worth what was paid! The problem started on Monday morning at around 6 AM and was resolved around 6 PM on Tuesday evening. The owner of the company kept in contact with me via phone calls and text messages during the entire issue.

I will use this company again in the future.

These guys are very professional. Showed up when they said they would be there, completed the work in a timely fashion and left the site free of debris. The electrician onsite was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
