While I am pleased with the overall quality of my driveway, I am not ecstatic by Eric's lack of professionalism and his poor manners. Eric is a hot-headed, nasty individual who quickly flips out when things do not go his way. If you hire Eric, don't ask him to correct his job because in his mind, it's perfect! I would not recommend Eric to future customers, nor use his services again. Eric spent more time arguing with me about a simple correction than he did actually rectifying the issue.

We are so happy with the entire experience from quote, to scheduling, to service and beyond. Jessica was amazing to work with before and after the work and the guys’ work was amazing. We are beyond pleased with the work done and more, as are the other 7 homes we coordinated with in my neighborhood to have them done simultaneously. I’ve already recommended Platinum to several other neighbors, as they’ve seen the work done compared to others in the neighborhood and you can clearly see the difference. Bravo, team! Thank you!

Easy to deal with

Spring rains delayed installation, but as soon as the weather allowed, they scheduled a date. I have a smallish driveway that needed to be redone to cover an area that was down to stone. Platinum gave me the best quote and removed the old driveway first to level it. I understood that they had a larger job before mine, but were at my house by 1:30 and were completed by 4:30. Neighbors have commented on how efficiently they completed the job. I have been referring anyone that asks.

They did awesome. They gave us a great price, they were very professional and they did excellent work. It turned out really well. It was $740 for all the work, because they had to repair the whole bottom of my driveway and build it up from a flat spot and then it was seal-coating. I have recommended them to like 10 people already. It took one day to do the work. The clean-up was excellent, that is why I gave them an “A” rating. The communication/interaction was perfect.

The job went great and I would recommend Platinum Paving to my friends and neighbors. I have already had a number of positive comments from my neighbors.

The driveway was a little under 1000sq ft. New stone was added to the foundation then two separate layers of asphalt were applied. A compacting step was done after the stone as well as both layers of black top.

The workmen were friendly and professional. Detailed instructions for care and maintenance were given with attention to the care over the first two weeks.

I want to thank the Platinum Paving team for giving us a good days work at a fair price.

The whole job went SO well! Little dust, very responsive to my questions, very professional in all aspects. I had feared this whole desperately needed project for years but am thrilled that I had the best job done, so much better than imagined because these guys know how to use asphalt to direct water! Adding a long curbing edge (56 feet!) as the solution to how I'd keep the dirt and ivy and quot;cliffand quot; from dissolving onto the driveway, and sculpting the lower asphalt so the water flow finally makes it through the draining pipes, and covering the unstable stone pad leading down to the patio -- these were all the thoughtful additions to and quot;just repavingand quot; the whole driveway. Eric and his whole crew did a great job! Anyone who wants careful attentive reasonable timely great asphalt work -- these are the folks. My husband was away when the whole thing happened and he is thrilled to know that he can use the snowblower easily this winter! So, rain or snow -- this job has done more than we even knew we needed!

He's been super-responsive through other snowstorms and always fits us in. We'll also be asking him to come back to help with a quote for re-paving our driveway when this snow finally clears!
