I called him and he said he would come in an hour and a half and he came exactly when he said he would. Then when he came it only took him 30 mins to finish the work so the whole thing only took 2 hours. He also knew what he was doing and did a great job!

Tom showed up on the time we had decided on. He first handed me a business card to prove who he was, which I really appreciated. He.work was excellent and we are so happy and grateful. We have already told Tom that we have more work for him soon like putting in new bathroom faucets and to fix the toilet to stop it from running. So I guess you can tell that we are speaking truthfully. His price for the work he did was fair and that is the reason we now consider him our plumber.

Jim is very reasonable, likeable and his work is very good. Once he fixes something, it is fixed. I will call him again for future plumbing needs. Mike

Plumber came on Jan. 5, 2016 to replace a pipe in my bathroom from copper to a PVC pipe that was leaking. He refused because he said he couldn't because pipe was too close to wall to solder. Problem is a PVC pipe does not need soldering. (I know because I have had several pipes in my house changed from copper to PVC pipe). Then I asked him to replace a water filter on water line connected to my refrigerator. I purchased the water filter earlier, so I just wanted installation. He tried to install the water filter and he said he was done, but after I paid him $90 (in full) and he left, the water filter leaked all over the area plus on my kitchen floor. so I called him and he came back. He did not try to fix the problem and just turned off the water line from the shut-off valve and said he would return next day to finish the installation. He called me next morning, 1-6-16, and said he was sick and would call me when he was better to finish the installation, but never called me. I waited for 3 weeks. I left several messages on his voice mail, but he never returned my call. I am very dissatisfied with this Plumber. I paid a total of $33 for the water filter and $90 for his supposed work which he never finished. I hired another plumber to finish this project. I waited 3 weeks to hear from Express Plumbing & drain cleaning company with no calls or communication regarding the installation of water filter. New toilet installation was kind of expensive but worth it. The new toilet has a "comfort height" seat which makes it easy to get up and down without looking like a handicapped/hospital-style seat. Also appears to be easier to clean, and more environmentally friendly (uses less water) than the old model. Who knew toilets had improved so much in the last 15 years.

The plumber could have told me how much the job would cost. He did not until he was finished. I thought replacing a valve and cutting the pipe for $150. Was too much.

Jim was very quick to return my phone call on a clogged drain. Of course it was on a Saturday but Jim was at my home in an hour. He was very knowledgeable and quick to unclog the drain. His pricing was quite reasonable, too. I would highly recommend Express Plumbing.
