The biggest problem came after the move. Although they finished in three hours; they billed for four hours. I did not realize this until I paid the foreman and put a calculator to the bil when I got home. In addition, I had a big screen TV moved. I was told that the special box for this would cost $40. The and quot;specialand quot; box was a mirror / painting box which goes for less than $10 at U-Haul. The kicker is - the box was a used box! I called the office that afternoon and left a message stating there was a problem with the bill and to return my call. No call. The next day I called again and was able to speak to one of the office staff who told me that the manager would call back that day. No call. I was forced to stop payment on my check and reissue another for $160 lower. The second check was cashed without a phone call.
