We were refinancing our mortgage and as a self employees worker that is not an easy thing to do. Ed Bamford took the time to help us out with this process. We were under a strict time limit and Ed worked it all out for us with time to spare. I would highly recommend Cole Taylor and Ed Bamford. They have highly competitive rates and are very easy to work with.

My husband is self employees so refinancing our home is no fun. Ed Bamford at Cole Taylor walked us through the process every step of the way. We ran into a couple snags but Ed made sure to help out every snag. He even went with me to my bank to be sure I had the proper paperwork. I found that it takes a lot of patience to be a mortgage broker and Ed definitely has it.
