Everyone associated with North Penn Builders was as professional as can be.  My kitchen was redone exactly like I wanted it, on time and beautifully accomplished. I plan to finish my basement this year and will definitely employ them for my project.

They did a fantastic job working with me to keep within our budget and still getting my dream house.  I love my house and my husband even commented on how nice everything is.  He was not really inolved in the reconstruction but he's always telling his friends what a great job they did.  For me, they handled all the permits, the subcontractors - they have established relationships which takes out the stress of not knowing how good your contractor is.  I was very involved in the rebuild which I recommend if you choose to hire a builder.  It makes their job much easier if you are available to respond to any issues or questions that come up.  We were able to resolve any issues that came up - such as code issues and structural issues.

The are truly wonderful to work with and do an exceptional job.  I would definitely hire them again.

The project was the result of a burst pipe in the third floor bathroom that was allowed to run for 6 days while we were on vacation. The entire house was flooded and almost completely stripped to studs, beams and subflooring. North Penn Builders came in, evaluated the project and provided an estimate to include modifications to the layout. They spent a considerable amount of time and effort helping us select all the replacement fixtures, flooring and cabinets prior to the start of construction in order to ensure the project was completed in an efficient and timely manner. Any time a question was raised, they contacted me immediately and provided guidance concerning code requirements, options for addressing the issue and the time/cost of fixing the issue. They took it upon themselves to correct misaligned or bowed studs, fixing structural issues that were causing the floors to sag and making changes required to bring framing and electrical up to code. Once the project started, I would stop by as much as possible to ensure that the work met our needs and expectations. They tolerated my presence almost every day, answered any questions I had and where I thought something should change were open to discussing the options. They worked with us to move closets and remove walls in the kitchen. The final product was exceptional. I've looked at moving to a larger house and I have to say I haven't found anything that can compare to my townhouse now that North Penn Builders has helped me remodel - unless I have the house custom built. Of special note are the custom built-ins they installed for me. They are absolutely beautiful and very sturdy. We have a wall of shelves that houses our entertainment equipment perfectly as well as being able to hold my daughters toys without looking like a storage system. There is also room for me to display my fine china to it's best as well as photos, knicknacks and books. The bookshelves in the basement include a workstation for our computer, shelves for office supplies and books and a tall thin bookcase for displaying my Husband's sports memorabilia. I am so pleased with the work they've done that I would hire them to build my next home for me in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them and believe they are a wonderful builder to work with.

Their professionalism, knowledge of the building trade, exceptional attention to detail, receptiveness to new ideas, and commitment to high quality make doing business with this small company a true pleasure. Unlike the large, high volume builders eager to "churn out as many houses as possible" with minimal cost, these builders are excellent at listening to and addressing your concerns and needs, no matter how small the detail or request. They're even very meticulous about maintaining the tidiness of their construction area. If any problems/concerns arise with any part of the house, they address it immediately, often without cost. They really stand behind their work -- a true testament to the quality of their service. They're very courteous, sincere, extremely accommodating, very responsive, and quite prompt. We highly recommend these builders and would rehire them in a heartbeat.
