Window Treatment Service, Interior Design and Decorating
I paid them in full last December. I waited 4 months for them to tell me that one of the pieces was discontinued. I waited 7 months for them to tell me that the window fabrication had never been started. In July a sideboard came in that was completely broken. You cant open the doors or drawers and there are cracks and gouges in the wood. At this point, I am stuck with a broken sideboard ($1250) and she won't return the money back for the window fabrication that was never done ($1299). She will not respond to the situation. She comes off very friendly when she comes to your home, but then when there is a problem she will not speak to you. Don't ever ever pay in full and don't use this company.
