He was willing to meet me at a public place for my comfort (he even suggested it himself) and I was impressed with that. Also, even after spending hours working on my computer, he spent almost an hour with me, working remotely, to give me follow-up help. And he didn't charge me anything over and above the original $70. He was very professional and patient. I would highly recommend his services and would definitely call him in the future.

This is the third time I have utilized their services. What I love about it most is that My Tech Master can remote in to my computer if there is an issue and fix it without me having to drop it off, be without my laptop for a week or even two days. I run a home business, so I cannot go 24 hours without my computer. Down time is lost money for my business. I would never have a need to work with another company as this business provides all of my spyware, malware, virus, hardware and software needs.

I have four computers in my home, only one is not a laptop or notebook.  My fiancee was to start working from home for a large business.  That meant 2 more computers and 3 more screens.  Michael arrived almost to the minute at 8 am to hook up the entire system and make certain that it could not be accessed by my public lines.  He also took time to explain why one or more home computers kept getting kicked off-line.....I need a router that can handle all the computers.  The current router can only handle 3 at the most.  He told me what to look for so when I buy the new router I will be certain it can handle the traffic.  He also recommended I get a wireless printer to replace the current printer.  When I asked what type to get, he said there were many excellent brands on the market, and if I find one I like, if I'm not certain it will do what I need it to do, I may call him and he will look at it on line and give me his opinion.  (Find another provider willing to do that !)  I was totally impressed!  I will be calling him to install the new router and printer shortly.  Michael has helped me a few times before...like when I thought I had the blue screen of death!  That was at 10 pm!  I called him, he said don't touch anything or push any buttons, I'll be there in the morning.  8 am he was here and by 8:30 he was out the door.  He told me what I had done and kind'a chuckled because I was so distraught.  He only charged me $15!  Most of the techs I've called in the past want $40 to walk through the front door and $25/hr. on top of that. He also sold me a program he had developed that cleaned my system every week.  I don't remember the charge for that, but when I asked for one that would clean my newest computer, he said I'd have to ask the manufacturer because he was not that familiar with Windows 8 at this time.  This guy is a real gem!  By now I know he is in the business to make money, but not to rip-off the unsuspecting computer owner.

My computer was getting too old and I need a new one and wasn?t in the position to research all the available options myself. I contacted Michael (the owner) at MyTechMaster and he was very eager to help. He asked some preliminary question as to what I was going to use it for and my price range and went to work. Michael found me a great deal on a Dell computer and saved me money since I didn't overpay for unnecessary hardware or software.
Once the computer arrived, Michael installed and configured my Firewall, Anti-virus and various Anti-Malware products. He set everything to update automatically as requested so I didn't have to worry about not being up to date. He also added both an Admin and Standard User profile and explained how to use each to keep my computer safe from a malicious attack.
Additionally, Michael installed a Cleanup App to clean up my browser, operating system and temporary files automatically. He said it would reduce errors and timeouts and increase disk space, memory and processing power.
He also backed up all of my old computer and user settings including my personal data and put everything on the new computer.
Michael turned out to be one of the best computer service providers I have EVER dealt with. He was exceptional and his advice and suggestions saved me time and money. He not only got me a great computer, but made sure that it was as protected as possible and took the time to set the new computer up. The two profiles were a little tricky at first, but after he explained what each was for and how to use them, it not only made sense, but gave me more confidence in using my computer and not having to worry as much about getting a virus. In the end, Michael was worth every penny!
