PC Whip

I have been very happy all along with the services provided by PC Whip. They are local to our area and do not overprice and make recommendations for upgrades if they feel it would be helpful and do not unnecessarily try to offer services or hardware upgrades that are unneeded. I even asked that last time if they felt it was probably time for a new laptop (my laptop is about 8-9 years old and I had enough foresight to buy a package at the time that still is working well for the most part) and they said I should still be able to get a few more years out of it. They back up and reload all of the items they are able to and in the case where I had a bad virus, they made a few recommendations where they felt may have prevented the issue ( I already had had two firewalls, etc).  Their estimates for cost and turnaround have been right on the nose in each case. I feel they are one of the businesses in the area that may be overlooked because they are a small outfit but they outdo the big box guys.
