Steele Hair Salon

They are very friendly an accommodating. I did not have to wait. They have a nicely decorated like industrial style look to the inside. They are in a good location and its clean.

We just moved to Pennsylvania last year. It is always interesting finding a new hair salon. Stumbled across Steele Hair Salon and LOVE IT! It is an edgy, hip salon that somehow manages to also be family friendly and comfortable! The owners, stylists and receptionists are very agreeable, friendly, and professional. As a new client I said I had no preference in stylists so I and my family were scheduled with Justin. It turned out to be the best haircut of my life - and my two boys and husband. Because the salon is decorated urban industrial, the men in my life were very comfortable at the salon. I have now been using Steele Salon for one year and continue to love Justin and their services!

They're very detailed and they do a good job. The people are very experienced and very clean. They're a little tight on their schedules because they are so popular. The environment is very good and the staff is very friendly.

Yesterday I search the Internet reading reviews of numerous salons in the area and I landed on this gem. I called and made an appointment for both my daughter (5) and I, they were able to get us in the next day (today). We arrived a little early for our appointments and Cameron offered us a variety of drinks and pointed us in the right direction. The atmosphere was amazing yet very comfortable at the same time. Both of our appointment began at our scheduled time and both stylist listened to what I was looking for. Nikki cut my daughter's hair afterwards she explained exactly what she had done and gave me suggestions to consider for the future. Sara cut and styled my hair, I will start by saying I didn't really know what I wanted, she willing listened to ALL my thoughts and then gave me her suggestion. Sara layered my hair using numerous technics, she didn't just pull it out to the side and cut straight across. She also thinned it out...I am happy with my hair. I am not hard to please when it comes to my hair, nor do I get super excited about a cut...but i do get nervous when going to a new salon. Each of these ladies were great, I'm pleased with the entire experience.

Then when we got home, I received a phone call from the salon asking if a pair of toy glasses may be ours...they sure were. If I had any doubt about going back (which obviously from the review I didn't) this level of customer service would have sealed the deal...We will return!
