Mike did a great job! He was punctual and professional. We have had him out once since initial installation to modify the original layout due to we changed our mind.

Chris Roher was the person who owns the Pet Stop of Cumberland Perry. The service was excellent. The fence works as the pets do not get out of the yard which was the goal.

I think the product is a good one - comparable to the Invisible Fence. And I like that it's a PA company. The customer service could be better; hence, I'm only giving them a B. It takes too long to get calls and emails returned, answers not thorough, just not the best customer service experience. But we're happy with the product itself.
