I drop things off every week and I've always been prompt picking them up.

Did not get the stains out of my silk ties, then hot pressed them
sealing in the stains! I showed them the stains when I dropped off the
ties and was told they could get them out. I specifically asked them if they can't get out the stain, do not hot press over the stains. They do not do the quality of work they used to do. I had similar problems with stains on dress shirts as well.

The employees here are very friendly! They are always pleasant and polite. The service is splendid, when I have had a problem, it was corrected promptly. I had a situation where a shirt got torn, and within days I had a credit on my account for the value of a new shirt of the same brand. I would highly recommend them.
