+ -1 moreDid not get the stains out of my silk ties, then hot pressed them sealing in the stains! I showed them the stains when I dropped off the ties and was told they could get them out. I specifically asked them if they can't get out the stain, do not hot press over the stains. They do not do the quality of work they used to do. I had similar problems with stains on dress shirts as well. I will not use them any more.
Description of Work: They were supposed to dry clean my silk ties that had food stains on them.

+ -1 moreThe employees here are very friendly! They are always pleasant and polite. The service is splendid, when I have had a problem, it was corrected promptly. I had a situation where a shirt got torn, and within days I had a credit on my account for the value of a new shirt of the same brand. I would highly recommend them.
