It went very well. Charlie was able to squeeze me in the day after I called. He showed up on time, was professional and friendly, and did a good job. The light is a bit bluer than I expected, and the contrast to the other lighting was a little distracting at first, but a change to GE Reveal bulbs and some getting used to it has made me very happy I had the job done. Charlie will sell the 10" kit for under $300, or install them for $535 each. I had him put one in the hallway and two in the family room. If I had it to do over again I would have gone with the 14" units in the family room. The hallway is perfect. These units evidently qualify for a 30% tax credit, so the hit wasn't too bad.
