They are very prompt. They come once a week. They do a very nice job.

We hired Grassworks to mow our lawn for a portion of the summer. The first time the crew visited, we showed them a cedar playset and asked that caution be used around the playset with string trimmers because a trimmer at full throttle will damage the wood.  The normal drew did a great job.  One week a different crew came to the house and caused a lot of damage to the playset.  I e-mailed the owner and set a photograph. The regular crew returned the next week and acknowledged the damage and took a photograph.  The owner never addressed the issue.  I was very disappointed that a professional lawn service would allow such damage to occur and not follow up with a customer to resolve the issue.

Well, after the 4th mowing, my mother was here and I was at hospital and when I got home, it didnt appear that the grass was cut. Mother met me at door all upset over the job that was done. "Crop circles" is the phrase she used and it was the correct one. No borders were trimmed, grass had not been blown from walks or drive, side yard had not been touched (reason I thought they had not been) , and the list could continue. I immediately called Brad, the supervisor, explained very gently what had taken place and he said he would be out the next morning. He came out, did a walk about and his words were, AND I QUOTE, "IT'S A BAD JOB. I SEE WHERE THEY MISSED WHOLE AREAS. WE'LL TAKE CARE OF IT." Now most would think, I did anyway, that they would be here the next day, well then for sure the next. No. I called a few days later and the owner fired us! I've never been fired as a consumer before, especially when I never raised my voice, nor used foul language. I laughed. I thought he was joking. As a courtesy, he said they would mow one more time, "not leave us hanging", but that would be the last. AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE FOR IT, WHEN THEY NEVER TOOK CARE OF THE "BAD JOB". Thanks Mr. Palmer. I had even apologized to Brad for making a complaint. My one and only. I WAS FIRED.

We have employed Grassworks for over 10 years.  We began with just lawn mowing and have eventually moved to complete outdoor maintenance of our lawn & yard.  We could not be more pleased with the quality and consistency of the work as well as the reliability and integrity of the management and crew.  We pay them a weekly rate for the mowing & maintenance and then are charged by the job for the additional services.

I really like the owner; he was the one that came out to give me the estimate then showed up to do the work with another fellow. The job was successful and I wish I had enough money to hire them again; they were really good. I thought their price was a little high but I have nothing to compare it to. I will use them again in the future.
