They were awful.  Their gutters are guaranteed not to leak and we had them on may be about a month before we got a really bad storm and we had rainfall over the top of the gutters, just pouring out on to the slab in front of the house which ended up leaking out into the basement.  We called them many times and supposedly they came out and fixed it while we were at work.  It never got any better.  Just right before hurricane Irene we made them come out and take the proctors off because we were afraid that we were really going to get flooded.  They took the proctors off and refused to refund us any money for the protectors.  We paid them $3500 for these gutters and the protectors and now we have the gutters.  But we got through with the credit card company because we had paid them through our credit card and they filed a grievance and they refunded us $2000 back and that was almost a year later before something was ever done with it.  It was awful.  I would not recommend them for anything. They were so unprofessional.  He told me that there was no way that the gutters were dripping like that.  I told him that I have video and that I would post it on the computer for all to see.  He threatened us that he would sue us for slander.

I was not totally unsatisfied but I had to call them back to do stuff. They really did not do a great job although they were punctual. I will not use them again in the future.
