This group walked my dog for several years. I would not recommend them. Although they made a big deal at the beginning about how the animal's welfare was paramount, their behavior doesn't support this. They stopped coming to walk my dog, with no notice, on the day I asked them that if the dog was dirty, not to allow it to smear the dirt on the furniture (the dog is crated). They did not return my key (and it's been a couple of years).  It cost over $100 to change the locks on my house.

The other thing is that they are a very dramatic group. I received several irate phone calls and emails about stuff they complained about (they asked why I changed my credit card and didn't tell them, when they were actually billing someone else's card with my name!).

I gave them a good long try and I was extremely disappointed with their service in the end.

I have a medical disability and I'm not have to walk my black lab. They come 5 days a week. We adopted Shadow from the SPCA about 2 years ago. She had no manners and you could tell that she wasn't given a lot of love. So, for 2 years we tried on our own. Lynn and Kerry are Shadows walkers. Shadow knows when it's time for her walk. She sits in front on the window waiting for Lynn or Sherry to show up. They no only walk Shadow they are helping to teach her manners. I really can't say enough wonderful things about Debra's Pet Walking.

The cats were glad to see us when we got home but were remarkable unstressed, compared to taking them to a kennel. One of the cats is not very friendly and is easily stimulated. The kennel folks are leery of him, so this service met our needs.

Debra’s Pet Sitter, Etc. provides premium care at a great value for the cost. For 2 years now, my family has been consistently satisfied with the service. We feel safe and reassured when her staff accesses our home. Our dog Hurley is always treated with care and given attention that goes well beyond expectations. At times we have been given medical advice that we otherwise may have missed, and on a moment’s notice Debra has taken Hurley to the vet. The reassurance of this service is worth every penny! In addition to the normal service and extras, Debra was the first person I called when Hurley was attacked by a large dog while on a walk. Her advice quickly gave us the best method to remedy the situation. If you are in need of petcare service, please give Debra a try!

Barb and Debra were excellent. They were thorough and every day, sent an email (and sometimes pictures) letting us know how the animals were doing. Our bunnies are very old so it was comforting to know that a professional pet sitting service that has experience with bunnies was caring for our pets. We will definitely use Debra's services again.

I would definitely recommend them as they were very good and very reliable. They did not stay in the house for animal and house sitting for me but they had that service. They were very knowledgeable and listened. They scheduled appointments well in advance so that they could understand my animals and the house. They were very good all around. Their price was fair although I don't remember as to how much I paid for their services.

I have used this service numerous times. I have a dog in kidney failure. At any time, she could need to be rushed to the emergency vet. Debra's service has listened very carefully to all my instructions on what to do when they come to my home. For example, they must check the house to make sure my beagle hasn't gotten sick since that could be a sign of a worsening of her illness. They also must attend to my other pets who have their own needs and quirks. The pet sitter always leaves my a detailed note telling me how each animal behaved which is especially important with an ill pet. When I am away, I know that Debra's service will act quickly and professionally if something is wrong. I trust them completely to know when the pets are behaving normally and when they need veterinary care. It is literally a matter of life and death for my pets.
