I felt that for the price of the cleaning was to high considering that he was done in 20 min. I felt that he really didn't care and quickly wanted to get out. I wanted this special cleaning for urine and that was an additional $150 that I did not buy and thought it was already in the price that was quoted to me. I will definitely give another service a try.

I looked up Chem Dry, and they represented themselves as local. Everything that I thought I was getting, I didn’t. I was told one rate, but it was 30% more when they were here. The $50 per room that I was quoted didn’t work, because they said they had to do extra treatments. Given all of this, I will say that the carpet cleaning was good, and I was pleased with that. I was not pleased with anything else that went on, and I will not use them in the future.
