Wahoud had to remove the entire dashboard of my son's Volvo 850 to replace the blower motor and the A/C evaporator.  The job done was exceptional--especially considering that he ran into problems since the dashboard had been removed before by someone who didn't know what he was doing. In the process, he found a few small parts that needed replacing, for which there was no charge.  The work was done on time and for the price quoted.

He showed us all of the removed parts and explained what he had done and the problems he encountered.  He spent a great deal of time explaining everything in detail.

I gave him an "A" in price even though his repairs do not come cheaply (but they're no more that you'd pay from anyone else).  But the quality of the work is so high that it's certainly worth the money!

The dealership wanted to charge me substantially more for a simple part. At Wahoud, they attempt to repair things as opposed to replace, equaling savings for the consumer. I’ve been using him 2-3 years and he’s consistently 1/3 less than the dealership.

They only work on Volvos.

I take my car in there for service too. If they do something on your car they show you what they did, they show you the part, and what was wrong with the part. They are reliable. My daughter's check engine light came on and she took it back and they fixed it for no charge. Their pricing isn't cheap but they do quality work.

Everything done as said in estimate.

Everything went very, very well. I had received estimates from other shops before I found them but this place had the best price out of all of them. Ishmael only specializes in Volvos, sales and service, and he does a great job at it. They got everything done really quickly, and the quality of work is absolutely excellent. They're very professional, and highly knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend them to others, as well use them again in the future.
