Integrity Plumbing Heating And Air Conditioning

Assigned via home warranty. I called multiple times and left voicemails. The warranty company called, left messages, and sent emails. Not one response. I think the company title needs to be changed. The business only exists as a voicemail.

Doug was contracted on 11.24.15 to tear out existing heating and AC system in home and install a new system. Being the professional, Doug sized the house accordingly and sold me on a duel zone/duel fuel heating/ac system for the entire home.  Shortly after install Doug was contacted when the system was not functioning properly.  There was no air flow when both zones were running at the same time. Further, the outside heat pump was not working. Doug failed to fix the problem after 1 attempt back at the home and then proceeded to block my phone number on his cell phone and was not receiving any calls from me.  I contacted 4 other contractors from Home Advisor, all reputable, licensed and insured and paid them to come out to inspect the system, fix what they can, and give a quote to repair it to where it should be.  These are attached.  All contractors state that the system is inadequate for the home, undersized and the duct work was not done correctly and will to allow for airflow throughout the home.  The zoning is not done correctly, the thermostats do not function for a dual fuel system and it was not wired correctly for the heat pump to ever work for the first 4 months therefore just running off very expensive propane 100% of the time.  Further, it was discovered that Doug left the existing system that he disconnected in the attic, never removing and disposing of it along with all sorts of trash and debris including soda bottles. Assuming Doug had blocked my calls from his phone, I called from an anonymous phone number and he answered immediately.  I offered to settle with him, have him give me back my money and remove the existing equipment.  He thought about it for 24hours, I called him back and he said he would b unable to afford to do that.  He said for me to just sue him, he will have business go bankrupt and then re-open under a new company.

Their job was excellent. I am a perfectionist in my jobs, but the owner of the business was just too good. Then I had this trouble a couple of days after, and he was right here on the spot. I would give him straight 'A's for everything. I would recommend them to my friends.
