He was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable about all facets of home building and repair. Pricing was very reasonable. He showed up when he was supposed to and continued to work into the evening to get the job done in a timely fashion. He was very concerned about our satisfaction and seemed willing to do whatever it took to make sure we were happpy. We are planning to use him in the future for any home repair work we need done and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Joe is a very nice guy. Among all of the contractors that I interviewed for the job, his Price is fair. He sent me a detailed list of materials with prices, which made me feel very comfortable. He was also willing to made changes based on what I required (like specific sheetrock for both fire and moisture resistant, paints with 0 VOC, etc. ) For the job itself, Joe took care everything. When he started doing the job, I was actually out for vacation. He bought all of the materials for me and brought them to my house. He kept me updated in a timely manner by sending me pictures in the email. After I came back from vacation, I saw 2 pretty nice utility closets in my basement already and the area was cleaned. He finished the entire job right before the deadline that he promised. All I can say is that he did a pretty good job for me. Besides that, he also helped me a lot with other things, like finding people to cut the dead trees, changing the faucets, etc. Being new to that area, that really saved me a lot of time.
