Difficult to get a hold of. But quality is work was fine.

Don’t ever use Vanic Construction Inc! In doing the construction they destroyed our property by driving all over, leaving tire ruts and tearing-up grass from all the equipment used. We expect a little damage from construction vehicles in the immediate vicinity of the work which measures 2,600 square feet. This company damaged an additional 22,000 square feet which was completely unnecessary. The total damaged area is considerably more than ½ acre for a 20 foot x 36 foot patio. The contractor did nothing to correct the damage and ignores repeated calls to pay something towards repairing the damage. Thus far we have paid in excess of $3,500 for supplies and to repair the excessive property damage, which does not include the labor my wife and I put forth. Don’t make the same mistake we did, DO NOT let The Vanic Company inc. on your property.

Don't hire these guys. It has been the most stressful and unprofessional experience. The first time they came, they installed slivers on the edge against the sideway, which looked terrible and would break in a matter of days. The grout work was very sloppy (they had to fix it twice). They stepped all over my new landscaping killing plants and actually damaging a bush. In addition, they had cigarette butts all over. They wrecked my new driveway because they were parked their truck there and poured concrete there. I asked them to come back three times to fix the mistakes they made. I didn't want to pay them in full until they had completed the job to my satisfaction. But I kept getting multiple texts from the owner, Marc, who you only see when he picks up the deposit and final check. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company.

Went very well. Marc was easy to work with and I felt he would do a good job and he did. Appreciate the workmanship and would certainly hire again.

The service was great. They did what I ask them to do. Marc was a nice guy. I would use them again if needed.
