Poor customer service

Pond was clogged in a week they came out to fix but didn't in the end I did it myself.  The landscape area wasn't sprayed after scraping so not weeds are coming up all over and through the plant.  The owner is nice but shotty work at best.

It has been a complete nightmare. The typical "we will be there tomorrow" and they dont show up. Empty promises of when they would be done, "we absolutely promise we will be done by the end of next week" then they dont show up all week. This has been going on for months, almost 5 months. they should have been done months ago. The only time they answer phone calls, emails, or texts is when they are looking for money. If they ran their company with any common sense they could actually build a nice company. It is a shame.  They have lost a good customer. They are in over their heads and treat their clients poorly by lying to them and making empty promises. 
The stairs they installed rock back n forth. 
The landscape walls they installed have spaces between the bricks. when it rains, puddles form at the base of the walls.
The excavation was poor, not flat , and the seeding of the grassy areas show that they do not take any pride in their work at all. seed in some places, not in others. leaving rocks embedded in the soil and applying topsoil over rocks.
They rolled over a large drainage pipe with their excavator and never offered to fix it.
They put divets and holes in our driveway.
we had just had the concrete poured around the pool area and their worker drove their excavator that had a large boulder in the scoop, and they dropped it on my newly poured concrete. 
they had put landscape lighting in the front of the house in the early summer, June 2013 and one of the lights was faulty. they have yet to fix it as of this writing 5/2014. 
They seem very nice and professional initially but DO NOT get fooled. run as fast as you can to any other landscaper, it will save you a ton of aggrevation.

The project went well. The crew was skilled and paid a lot of attention to detail. They were cordial and very accepting to last minute changes. The project turned out better than expected. They worked late on some Fridays and on some Saturdays to meet some deadlines of the project. The job site remained clean and organized throughout the entire time. There was very little waste. The pond worked well and provided a beautiful accent to the whole project. Koi were top quality and delivered as promised. The plants that were planted were alive and beautiful. Lighting topped off the splendor. We paid exactly what was quoted to us from the beginning. They finished the project with a clean up crew making the final touches. All yard damage was repaired. A well established architect friend inspected the final results and was impressed by the quality! We felt as though they treated our house as their own! We continue to get compliments and accolades on the beauty of our yard even through the winter months. We would highly recommend Ridgecrest for any landscaping project. The overall project was organized and completed within the time that was allotted.  Some parts of the project took longer than expected due to weather conditions.  But as soon as the ground dried up the team was there working.  The finished product was perfect.
