It is the only place I would ever take a BMW in the entire Allentown. They are very timely, it depends on the type of work that they are going to do. It can take a couple of days but it is always fair. The workers are extremely professional and very intelligent about their cars. They could expand the business so that more people can get service there.

I was astounded by the superb quality of their work. I could not have been more pleased.  The car looked like it had just come off the showroom floor.  As a result I received top dollar when I sold it this week.  The engine compartment and interior were spotless and the car was waxed and buffed.  I highly recommend this very professional company.

They were polite and efficient. Service was scheduled and completed on time. Accurate quote given before service began. They also fixed the turn signal which has been not working intermittently, simple to fix and other service providers could not do it. I trust them to do the work requested in a timely fashion at a fair price. I have gone JCL several times and always been satisfied.

Fine, no problems. JCL is the best non dealer service center I know of for BMWs. A friend told me about them and I would take the car any were else. Very fair pricing and they really take care of the car the make sure it is running well. I couldn't be happier. Fixed things the dealer told be were normal and made a big difference.

JCL is efficient and they they top up all the other fluids that needed to be done. When you get your car, you know that they have gone through it. You have an inspection list of the deficiencies and fall back items. So you got a record and they tell you if you need to do something right away. It is extremely helpful. They are one of the best services. They are an independent dealer and they track us on customer service satisfaction. They will let you know how much it will cost you. They are very reasonable. They are BMW fanatics and they make sure that everything is done properly. I am really impressed with them. They are extremely good at what they do. Their price is extremely reasonable. They did a good job on it. We called up other places and they offered and they want it at $230 or $240. They did a phenomenal job. They know their products and they have all the equipment. I would recommend them to other people as well.

We're maintaining an old 325iX, which is something of an oddity that requires unusual off-the-book techniques at times. Chris and his crew have been nothing short of amazing. Not only are they completely expert in what they're doing, they have the ability and willingness to fix things that most others would simply give up on. That applies particularly to dealers who are virtually helpless with a car as old as this. If a dealer can't simply pull the part from the parts room and slap it on, you're out of
luck. JCL manages to make things work by whatever is necessary. And they do it at a very fair price, and right the first time. Plus, they know all the unofficial "tricks" that make the vehicle work better, but you will never find in the official factory service manual. If you have a BMW out of warranty, and take it anywhere else for service in this area, you are making a mistake. The biggest criticism of them I have is that due to their expending business it's a lot harder to get an appointment now that it used to be.

I have a 98 BMW 323is that I am running until the wheels fall off. It's a great car, but I will be honest, I'm not the best at maintaining it. Every time I hear a noise I usually ride it out for a while before taking it to Chris and he fixes it right away for much less than I anticipated. I've been going to JCL Automotive for over 5 years now and I have to say that every time I've gone the service and pricing has been exceptional. He is very fair and honest and knows his customers on a first name basis which you do not find often anymore. When I first got the car I took it to the dealer for brakes and roders which cost me about $1100. The next time I needed them done I took my car to JCL and got a bill of less than $400. What a difference! He is very up front about what must be done on my car and what can wait. He has even lectured me about pumping gas with my car on because he always has to reset my sensors. Anyone else would have tried to charge an arm and a leg and say that something was wrong while he shook his head at me knowing what I've done, laughed and reset it for free. He has done tons of maintenance on my car and I'm at 213,000 miles and running like a horse! I recommend JCL to anyone who has a high end car they want to maintain but not get ripped off in the process.

These guys did work on my cars (several of them) over the last 2 years. VERY friendly, honest, and inquisitive. Particularly foreign - GERMAN - cars. If it is not a common problem, they'll investigate what needs to be done and do it. They have Very reasonable rates, and will not nickel and dime you, and save you money whenever there is a qualified substitute part or material. Chris is an EXPERT on BMW. I would not go anywhere else if I (still) owned a BMW. I have referred several friends, never heard a bad experience. Check them out - particularly if you own a German car!

They do excellent service over all. The price is reasonable and the workers are great. They do quality work and did it in a timely matter. They are very prompt and efficient. I would recommend them in the future.
