Nightmare. This company overall is very unprofessional, untrained and not very good at what they do. They are understaffed and stretched way beyond their means. This leads to them never being able to actually show their faces to address a hardware problem. They do not return calls or emails within their service level agreement. They seem to be upset when asked to do their job to completion. When they do not know the true resolution to a technical issue they take advantage of the lack of knowledge of others. There have been some times when they understood the root cause of an issue early on but stretched the repair to increase their billable hours.
