Was a shipping issue due to the first one they received was damaged by the trucking company. Thanks Fedex. So it took longer to receive the special order unit I wanted due to waited on a reorder. They kept me informed while we waited. This was not their fault, and I am happy they refused the first unit. On installation day, they were on time, very professional, cleaned up the whole area, took the dinosaur heat pump I had away, and Nick an installer, thoroughly explained how to operate the new unit to me. The next morning I noticed an issue and called them to complain. I called at 0800 AM and 2 workers showed up within an hour of my call to fix the problem. Now that is great customer service. It is nice to see a company that cares about making sure their customers are satisfied, even after they were already paid. I would definitely call on them again.
