He is a contractor so he does about anything including remodeling and painting. He is licensed and insured and does commercial and residential work. He is very good and he gave me a proposal paper. He comes and shows me a picture on the phone of what is wrong. He comes when he is supposed to and is clean. There is nothing wrong with him. He went over another guy's job and repaired it. He did everything in one day. He ripped up what the other guy did and then he went over some of the things. We got a roof with a 20 year warranty, but the labor is for five years. He was punctual and cleaned up everything. He did a couple of my neighbors that week. What I liked about him is that he came and told me what was needed. There is nothing I found wrong about him; he was very professional. He does cement work too so I am going to have him fix a part of my front sidewalk. He only had to put the ladder up one time so I thought he was very good to work with. I did not have any leaks at all this winter. He is busy, however, and was here when he said he was coming.
