Unfortunately gave Marchetti our business longer than we should have. Last year when our radiator was leaking, it took 3 tries (and 3 hefty bills later) to fix it, not before ruining our floors. But we are too nice, gave them $ anyway because mistakes happen. Hired again to install a new bathroom and shower for my elderly mother. Ordered a raised handicapped toilet but showed up with some cheap toilet that was built for a child. Said sure it's fine because we are too nice.. I dont know what the heck it is made out of because it is porous and stained after one year of use. Also had to come back to fix a leak in a pipe they installed. Call again this year to restart our coal furnace. Shows up late and acts like we are a burden. Gets it started and says he’s “not waiting for it to heat up, give it a half hour and your radiators should start to get warm.” I go check and the fire is out. After working 12 hours at my own job, I get to spend my time starting it on my own because I was afraid to call and bother him on a weekend. Got the radiators hot, built up too much pressure and burst, fire went out. Call him the next day and says we have a perfectly working furnace and we just have to stop messing with it. Guy turned into a cocky weasel because he doesn’t need his loyal customers anymore. You can expect your bill to be mailed back with skid marks. Sorry to inconvenience you with my lack of plumbing knowledge dude!!

I've used them a lot, so I'm sort of aware of their pricing, I would give them an A.? They give you good price and quality.? If it's an emergency they'll come.? In fact, I'll tell you, I had my hot water heater a few years ago went out over the 4th of July weekend and they came over the holiday weekend to put a new one for me.? I would recommend them.

He's terrific. They are plumbers, they come whenever we call and they are good. One time we didn't have heat and he had to come, and he came like 9 o clock at night. We didn't think for coming at 9 o clock at night we didn't think the price was outrageous.

I am pleased with the work and readiness to help.

We have been using them for a long time.  We like them because of their quality of work.  They are there when they are supposed to be there.  They get the jobs done quickly.  It's just the people whom we like.  It's a father-son own business with a couple of other good workers.
