The tires on my car were really bad and it also needed an alignment. I called around to a few tire places and Jack Williams was the cheapest. Jack Williams was able to get me in the same day as well. When I arrived at Jack Williams my car was taken right away into the garage. The wait time was very minimal. I was very pleased.

This is the ONLY place I buy my tires. For BOTH of my vehicles. I always buy Michelin Tires and I get the BEST
price from them. Plus, I get FREE tire rotations for the life of the tires. It is easy to get a convenient appointment
and they get to my 2001Blazer quickly. The people they have working there are friendly and careful with my vehicles.
In the waiting room they have a TV and free coffee too! I always trust the work they do and always go back. Plus, I can
use my Jack Williams Credit Card and pay for my tires in 6 months interest FREE. LOVE that!

Went there on 2 occasions. The first time was for tires, had to leave the car overnight. Everything seemed to had went well. Until the next day when I went out into the my garage and noticed a huge dent on the passengers side door. I hadn't noticed it before because I only saw the drivers side when I got in it to pick it up. I called and they told me to bring the car back to the shop. They looked at the damage and referred me to a body shop and that they would pay for the repair. My question is why did they not mention this when I picked up the car? The fact that they paid for the damage repair tells me that they had knowledge of this and this should have been "mentioned" when I picked up the car.
The second time was for an oil change. I waited for the car and the oil change seemed to go normally. The next day, my car would not go into reverse and would "bang" when in drive. I called them yet again and they had me bring the car back in where they hooked it up to the computer which told them it was something in the transmission. I took the car to a transmission repair shop where I found out that the fluid was 2 quarts low. The mechanic told me the the oil plug and the transmission plug where very close to each other on my vehicle model. Therefore the person who changed the oil obviously drained some of the transmission fluid instead of the oil before they realized their mistake. My question again????? Why was I not informed of this and why did they not replace the transmission fluid the had mistakenly drained.
Will never darken their doors again.
