After two years of listings in a very depressed market my brother and I took this house off the market. in the last several months, I was approached by Lynn and Charlie about listing the house because they might have a buyer. We informed them that we were not interested in listing with an agency , but would consider an exclusive to a single buyer type of arrangement. Lynn and Charlie worked on selling our house as if they had an exclusive year-long contract! Closed today with the third single buyer they showed it to!
All of our contact with the Kimler's was positive and downright enjoyable! They are positive, cheerful and honest. That's a lot to say about a realtor. If I were looking to buy property or sell it in that area (N.E. Pa.) I'd never use anyone but them.
