Very smoothly. Applied for all the necessary permits. Informed me of the costs of all the extras up front, like the electrical and plumbing. The excavation. Actually encouraged me to not use a particular electrician since his prices, he felt, were way too high. I think he was looking out for my investment, and was proud of the work he was accomplishing
