I WOULD TELL PEOPLE THAT THE ONLY TIME THEY ARE ON THE JOB IS WHEN YOU'RE THERE WATCHING THEM. OTHER THAN THAT THEY ARE AN ALRIGHT COMPANY. I WOULD JUST WATCH THEIR WORK AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE DOING A GOOD JOB.
