They completely screwed everything up, took no ownership and left us without a completely project while taking the money from us. They are complete crooks.

"Homeowner was very satisfied throughout job. They had us do a lot of additional work. Near the end of the job, they just decided not to pay. We went to arbitration and we won 100%"

i paid 90% of the job upfront, hoping to expedite the work and i was trying to build a relationship with a contractor to this work and some future projects. It's been 6 weeks since the demo of my bathroom and the work is still not completed. they have it projected for completion in 2 more weeks. The main problem with them is that weeks go by and nothing gets done !! they have no sense of urgency. I have called and called and called to try and get them moving to no avail. since we started the project i have yet to get a schedule after repeated requests. The owners daughter has lied about getting things ordered and the work that was to be getting done. when i first interviewed them, they lied about the employees that they had on hand ( they sub almost everything out ) they screwed up work in my basement....they take no notes, so when i asked about the mistake, their only answer was we didn't discuss that. But when in their office and another employee was present he recalled having the discussion and proving my side of the problem. they lie to your face, do not getthings done in a timely manner, and do not take responsability for their mistakes, it's like dealing with children. If only i could go back in time.......

"The reason for delay was tile takes time to be delivered and additional tile was needed. We did not lie to him. To my knowledge all work was completed to his satisfaction."
