Their technician, Jen, came to inspect and did a thorough job, taking the time to answer all of our questions as well. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient. When it turned out treatment was needed, a quick turnaround time was scheduled. The price for the treatment was reasonable and included a follow-up visit several weeks later to ensure that the problem was gone (which it was).

Original technician has retired and new technician came. He remarked that the chemical used previously was not what should have been used. But it worked really well for four years. Will reserve judgement on new chemicals used this year until I see how well they work.

It was a good experience from the time and called to be greeted by a pleasure voice to the completion of the services. Also received same day service once I called for ants control.

We called and asked about ants that we were getting in our kitchen and our bathroom. He recommended a treatment and how it would work. We just had a baby so we didn't want any chemicals around him so he assured us that we would only need to stay out of the house for a few hours! He came and did an ant treatment and since then we have not had one ant come in! Not one! I was amazed!! We will definitely use him again!

I’ve never had a problem but they just do like a routine maintenance kind of thing.  Overall the experience with them has been great.  I’ve worked with them for 17 years.  They are excellent and very nice to work with.  They’re very fair with price.  I don’t know what the price is out but I think they’re very fair.  I will use continue to use them in the future.  I don’t recall how much I spent on their services.
