Steve is always professional, courteous, and leaves to mess. Most importantly, he's very clear about what things look like and what you should do. Never charges more for anything and in fact has not charged me at all when he just looks at it or has to come back after I burn some creosote logs. Great guy. Highly recommend.

It went well. The plate work was good but not superb. The cap looks great. The work was done very quickly and I was generally satisfied with the work they did.

Very well. This is the second time I have used their services. I got an appointment within a day, they gave me a two-hour window, and they arrived at the beginning of that window. Very courteous and professional. Were neat and cleaned up afterwards. Explained everything, including operation and warranty. Offered to remove an old TV antenna on the chimney that had a wasp-nest attached. In and out in 20 minutes.

They let us know that the liner was about to go and should be replaced within a few months. They did not scare us into doing it right away. I appreciated the time to budget for the expense. The price seemed reasonable compared with others that we called. The crew was quick and neat. They also installed a cap.

THEY DID A FINE JOB, HOWEVER, THEY TOLD US OUR CHIMNEY WAS UNSAFE AND RECOMMENDED REPAIRS THAT A SUBSEQUENT CHIMNEY SWEEP FOUND TO NOT BE NECESSARY. WHEN TRYING TO SHOW US THE DAMAGE, THE FLASHLIGHT LOST POWER AND I WAS NEVER ABLE TO SEE THE DAMAGE FOR MYSELF. I FOUND THEM TO BE MORE DOOMING THEN HELPFUL AND I DON'T THINK I WOULD TRUST THEM FOR FUTURE WORK.

THE CREW WAS PUNCTUAL, POLITE and PROFESSIONAL. ALL PHONE CALLS PLACED BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER WERE PROMPTLY RETURNED. ONE POST-WORK QUESTION WE HAD, RESULTED IN A MANAGER VISITING OUR HOME SO WE COULD TALK FACE-TO-FACE.

THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND DID GREAT AT CLEAN UP AFTERWARD.
