His price was high, but he did great work, but did not complete the work. I am still waiting on a cabinet to be installed, a screen door to be hung, a door that was previously closed, but he opened to get to plumbing to be closed back up and other items. I paid him in full and now can't get a hold of him to finish this work or anything else. I trusted him, but that was a mistake. I talked to him the day before yesterday and he said he would come over Monday, April 1 to go over all our receipts and to finish the work, but he never showed up and today, Thursday, April 4 I still haven't been able to reach him. He communicated with us during the job, but now that he's paid in full I can't seem to get that from him. This work was insurance work and because I haven't received any paperwork from him I can't submit anything to my insurance company. I gave him an A in professionalism because he was very well spoken and spoke highly of past work he had done. He told us he was bonded for up to $1 million which is one of the reasons we hired him. He was professional all the way up to when he was paid.
