Bob has been great. The lawn looks great. He only cuts it when it needs it so you're not spending money on unnecessary services. I highly recommend him.

The first 1.5 summers his work was decent at a good price. Early this summer, we placed two patches of sod in our backyard and cautioned Bob about cutting the sod too low or too soon (before it had a chance to grow properly). He told us that "he has been doing this for years" and that we didn't need to worry about his work. That very week he literally shredded our new (and expensive) sod. He cut parts of it so low that the bare dirt was showing, and cut so unevenly that it looked like entire 1" rows weren't cut at all. He must have been having a bad week because he did almost the exact same thing to our neighbor. When we asked him to repair the sod, he told us that the sod was ruined because we hadn't watered enough (we watered every day for 30 minutes) and that he wasn't interested in working for us anymore anyway because "he has more than enough work." Hardly a professional response. An extremely unpleasant person who has no interest in customer service. Fine to work for you if you never question him at all.

The work was done efficiently, professionally, and quickly. The yard looked tremendous after his efforts! The debris was carted away with hardly any residue, and I am quite happy with the results. This is someone who takes pride in his work and who goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction.
