John is such a thoughtful and through guy ~ He rescued me when I had a emergency plumbing problem and then made sure that it was the only leak ~ I couldn't ask for a better plumber

We used Rachko Mechanical to replace our boiler when it broke in the middle of the winter. I highly recommend them. The work was done efficiently and completed earlier than the estimate. They took care to make sure our house stayed clean during the installation. And they even came back a few weeks later for a complimentary check up. The new system works great and our house is even warmer than before. Truly a 5-star service.

John was extremely thorough and efficient. He drove about 45 min in the evening to come fix our HVAC when we were struggling to find help more locally. He saved us from staying in a 90 degree condo for an additional night!! His work was great and he was so determined to help fix the issue. He stayed until almost 10pm to make sure he didn't leave without fixing the HVAC! He was courteous and hard working and we will definitely be calling him for all of our future HVAC needs. Definitely recommend!!!

Rachko Mechanical was able to diagnose the problem and solve it later that same evening. Providing my family with comfort and peace of mind as well as a professional attitude and knowledge, along with a very fair price. I have already recommended the company to my siblings personally.

John replaced my boiler. He completed the work efficiently and on time and was by far the lowest bid. You deal with John directly, not through sales or customer service people. He responds to inquiries quickly. He has also done smaller jobs for me that were done just as professionally. I highly recommend his company.

Great person with outstanding knowledge in HVAC, we had an issue that a company tried multiple times fixing it and John was able to find the issue and we hired him again when we finished our basement. Overall, a very nice person that wants to help his clients and being in the services industry myself, I’m happy to have him on my list of trusted contractors.

john from rachko mechanical seems to be personable but he's a liar. he put my through the wall aircondition drill, the wall and concrete it in with no sleeve. he promised that he will come back and fix it but never showed up. he made up lies on me saying that i told him to do a certain things, i said that you are the professional and you know better, he is a blame shifter and took no responsibility for his own actions. i have to give him a 1 star but if i have other options i will give him zero.
