I've had a terrible experience with R J Power Equipment. I had a 3 year old Ariens, all electric snowblower that wasn't working. I found RJ on Ariens webpage and got them to pick it up after 3 tries in the Spring of 2014. The snowblower needed new batteries at a cost of $500! I didn't want to put that much money into the snowblower (it was $1,500 new) and I told RJ that. In October, I advertised the snowblower on Craigslist for $300 indicating in the ad that it needed new batteries for $500. I received an inquiry and when I went to R j, I learned that they had removed the electric motor and the batteries. They would not tell me what they did with them and INSISTED THAT IT HAD BEEN WITH THEM FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. I have emails with Ariens about this from February 2014 that prove I was dealing with the problem this year. I believe R J Power Equipment is simply lying to me. I would not do business with them and would not recommend them.
Description of Work: The provider took my Ariens snowblower and, when I didn't contact them for about 6 months, they removed the electric motor and won't tell me what they did with it.
