 + -1 moreWilliam Mogavero is a professional. He is creative and an excellemt problem solver. He is present and closely supervises at the job site. His pricing is accurate and fair. He is pleasant to work with and sustained a positive relationship with the homowners and worked throughout the project to "make us happy". The quality of William's work and his work ethic are exemplary. When making puchases and difficult deciaions we would often think, 'what would Bill do' ! Overall we highly recommend him and we love our new house.
Description of Work: William Mogavero created a renovation plan in a collaberative manner. Involved in this process were: an architect, Bill and the homeowners. He advised the homeowners on material chices and on where to purchase the larger ticket items (appliances, lighting fixtures, and tile). He was reliable, on time and maintained a level of quality on every aspect of the job. The job involved updating every room by [ainting and in some cases removing wallpeper, putting in a new kitchen and enlarging the master bedroom bath. The scope of the project involved interior and exterior work on a 3,000 square foot home.
