Mike recently painted my kitchen cabinets white for me. I was very nervous about finding the right person, and I did a lot of research before I called Mike. He was definitely the right person for the job! If you want someone who is responsive, always on time, always follows up, and stands by his work--you should call Mike. I was so impressed with him. On top of that, his prices were very fair (and I got a lot of quotes). I love my new cabinets, and he left my home clean and back in the condition he found it. I had VERY high standards, and Mike met them with flying colors!!

Mike and his crew showed up on time and completed the job in the exact time promised. They were neat and friendly.

Mike answered the phone when I called him and came out to provide an estimate within 48 hours.  His estimate was more comprehensive than others, specifically as it relates to sanding the deck.  The impact this made on the job cannot be underestimated.  No more uneven boards or boards that had a slight "cup" shape to them.
Mike thoroughly inspected the deck for rot and replaced rotted boards after gaining my agreement.  Mike used a quality stain product which I checked out on the Internet.
The end result?  A deck that looked like new!  We will get many more years of enjoyment out of the deck as a result.  Mike and his crew were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly did great work when they said they would do it.  No chasing down contractors with this guy.  He did a great job.  I highly recommend him.

He was helpful in selecting a color, dropping off lots of sample books. He arrived on time in the morning and finished the job in just a few hours. We are very happy with the newly painted areas and with his service. I would use this company again.

I needed someone to bail me out of a tough situation.  I own a tutoring / after-school learning center and we had moved our location over the Labor Day weekend.  Unfortunately, we had to move before all carpentry and painting work was completed (which I foolishly attempted to do myself), and we had to start our operations without the work being done.
I joined Angie's list and found Mike.  Gave him a call and within a few days he was on the job, after he worked hard to fit us into a busy schedule.  Simply fantastic work.  He completed the work needed in a little over two days at a very fair price, and the end result is a show-stopping, professional look!  He is a diligent, conscientious worker who is very concerned with customer satisfaction.  I plan to call him for any future painting or handyman work in my home.  Great guy.  Thanks, Mike!

We have used Mike a few times now. Always a great experience. He was well-priced, punctual, neat, and did a great job. He also has a lot of enthusiasm for his work and knows a lot about the product - helpful for tougher jobs.

Mike was great to work with.  We selected him (out of 3 bids we had received) because of his knowledge of paints and techniques, and his willingness to work around our contractor's schedule.  Mike also provided some great guidance to us in paint choices. The scope of our project was quite large and lasted almost 3 months.  Mike was very easy to work with and worked with us to make adjustments to schedules as needed.

Mike seemed knowledgeable when discussing the job. His price was very reasonable. He stayed reasonably on schedule despite real weather problems (intermittent rain and low temperatures). He did an excellent job prepping the surface before painting - the best I have seen. He was careful with the painting and cleaned up well. He was very considerate of our needs to get in and out as he was working, was very forthcoming about everything he was doing, and was very interested on meeting our expectations. He definitely wanted us to be satisfied. He did most of the work himself, using an assistant for some of the time. We will definitely use him again based on the combination of professionalism, price, quality, punctuality, and responsiveness to our needs and interests.
