Very unprofessional. Asked to repair and issue and the reply came back and I am quoting: "Wow those are just hair line cracks i was under the impression it was something serious. I'm very impressed how it held up over winter! If you'd like I can smear some mud in there take me about 2 minutes. " I confirmed with another professional this was indeed more than a hairline crack and should be repaired.

They did a very good job. The concrete slab looks beautiful.. clean, clear, etc. He did research into our township property issues and got the correct permits to make sure I was following the right guidelines. He was pleasant to work with, professional, and on time.
