So I never have any problems going in there buying stuffs and returning it. I never really had any problem. They are excellent. I had some problems with the washer and the drier, but they were good in rectifying the problem. The salesman was very nice. I bought warranties on them.
Overall it was fine. Everything got rectified. The people in there are very very nice. I didn't really have any problems with them. For the most part, I think that every person that works in the department is fairly knowledgeable and if they don't have an answer for you themselves so good will hire source within the store and get an answer for you. I think that they are very good. They are follow through. I just did what I just did. I just got with them again with another Lowe's, but this friend of mine who is 80 years old, her and her husband they ran out of those wood pellets for the wood burning stove and they were going to go and get their gas tank filled, their oil tank filled in their house and I have no idea how much money it would cost them to do it and they were very limited. So, I called Lowe's and I told them the situation that I needed to order pellets and I wanted the delivery charge burn-in there and they said okay but we can't guarantee how we can get them in because we really had a cold weather. So, it returned out they gave me date I think it was like February 26 that the pellets would be in. So, I called them and they weren't in and finally they came in a couple of days later. And, they called me and they said we have the pellets, you may contact the lady that you wanted them delivered to, we are on the process of delivering them to her now and where would you, is there any special when we get there, where you want us to place the pellets, and I said ask the couple of them. So, yes they did that. And, I got charged for the thing and I did a favor for my friend. So, it worked out great.

When I bought my condo I inherited an old and much abused linoleum floor in the kitchen. I'd been putting off replacing it due to cost, but then I saw that Lowe's was having a sale on Pergo flooring installation, so I decided to give them a look. I spoke with the same sales staff member (Shane) each time and he was very helpful and polite. There was an upcharge on the work because it was such a small job (my kitchen is practically a galley), but I was given a discount on it without having to ask. The gentleman who took the measurements and did the installation was also quite professional and left no mess behind him. I was pleased to discover that he could come on a weekend to do the work so that I didn't have to take time off from my own job. The only problem I encountered was with Lowe's computer system: it kept bringing up an old address of mine rather than my current one, so I had to confirm with everyone who came out to the house where exactly it was I lived. That aside, I'm very pleased with my new floor and with the service I received.
