The job was done fairly quickly for the amount of work that was done. It was done in 6 weeks and he had said 6 and half weeks.The price was more than what I expected, but considering what they did, I would grade it ''A''.

All work was done professionally and on schedule. Paul and his works minimized any inconvenience. They showed up on time and cleaned up beautifully at the end of each day.

We highly recommend Paul Hayes and Kitchen Concepts for any kitchen remodeling. We would certainly use his services again.

Paul Hayes and his team performed a long over due remodel on a small 60 year old kitchen which was poorly designed from the beginning when the house was built. The project started with a redesign of the layout of the cabinetry and countertops, and relocating the sink and gas range and adding electrical outlets. Paul provided a layout that maximized the available space in the kitchen. He was able to provide additional cabinets for maximum usefulness.

The project involved stripping the wall to the bone as well as the floors. Insulation was added where it was non existent and gaps were properly filled. The floor was completely stripped and a hardwood floor laid. The kitchen came out beautifully.

Paul and his team were onsite when the were scheduled, performed the job as cleanly as possible and were completely professional. It was a pleasure to deal with Kitchen Concepts.

So the other three people gave us what we wanted. Paul told us we couldn't have it and why. Also, he asked all the probing questions to after 2 weeks come back and say he had what he believed to answer all of our requests. It did. His design was awesome, he workers were great. They cleaned up everyday and the insanity of having a new kitchen put in when you have three young children and you and your spouse work full time . . . Paul exceeded expectations. I have watched TV in my family room less than 5 times in the year my kitchen has been done. It's just more fun in the kitchen still . . . a year later.

Paul Hayes did a kitchen remodeling for me -- new quartz countertops, sink, and installed appliances. I cannot say enough how pleasant it was to work with Paul. He gave me a good and fair price, did the work on the schedule promised, and minimized the anticipated inconvenience of disruptions in plumbing.

Moreover, two years later (September 2011), I contacted Paul when I had a problem with the dishwasher -- and he came out and fixed it right away.

That's the kind of businessman you want to do business with.
