Cipollone replaced a 25 year old Lennox system in my home with a Carrier Performance furnace and AC system. I received 4 estimates for this work and what I liked most about Cipollone is that not only were their prices and warranties competitive, they were very concerned about making sure my ductwork didn’t have any leaks. During the estimation phase, Mike walked through my house to test all the returns in the house and to make sure there were no major deficiencies. Once we agreed on the system specs, he also said they would seal up any leaks they found in the basement ductwork as well. Overall working with them was very enjoyable. I’ve had them back twice for scheduled maintenance and plan to work with them and recommend them for years to come.

The install was perfect and professionally done. The cost was at least $100 cheaper than our current service provider. However a leak developed onto the floor when the humidifier was pushed to provide maximum humidity. They promptly came out to fix it but they focused on the overflow pump as being the culprit. They claimed to fix it but later when I pushed the humidity level up above normal (which I needed because humidity in our office was too low - where I store musical instruments), the leaking reoccurred. It looked to me that the leak was coming from the inside the unit itself. Eventually it stopped so I did not get in touch with them about it but I am giving them a B for quality for them not fixing the problem.

I find them very helpful. They came that they would they did a good job they are competent I think their rates are reasonable they came out they cleaned up after themselves.

The team was able to get in about two weeks after the estimate.  They arrived on time, put materials down to protect my floors, and got to work.  They needed to install new duct work through the attic and crawl space.  The did a great job and the temperature difference in my house has improved to (at most) a two degree difference.  The advice I received was sound, and the work was done professionally.  I was further assured by the company's guarantee on their service, which allows me through all the seasons.  So far, so good.

I called John Cipollone early in the afternoon of the first real hot day of the year. A technician was able to come out the very same day and within 30 minutes the problem with the AC unit was found (faulty capacitor) and the broken part replaced. Just in time because the next day the outside temperature was even hotter.

It was very easy and Mike Cipollone could not have been more pleasant to work with. The quote and explanations where fair and extensive. Easy to negotiate with and the work started when promised and completed as expected. There were no problems at all and I would use them again in a heartbeat. They came very well recommended and I would now recommend them myself.

First time with J. Cippolone. Had a glitch, when the scheduled appointment was cancelled/postponed by them during the hottest time of the year w/ no A/C running in our house. They were clearly inundated w/ calls during such a time.
Once they came to the second appointment (very punctual), their service men were very knowledgeable and friendly and did all necessary steps to get the A/C running again (cleaning of the evaporator coil was the issue we needed most) w/o trying to upsell, like others did. Price was competitive and it was a very pleasant experience. We will use their service in the future.

We asked to look at other houses that had chosen this option. Matthias took the time to contact previous purchasers, and get their permission for us to come look at how it was installed.
After we signed up they came the next week and installed. They were neat and clean and thorough. They made sure that we understood all the and quot;bells and whistlesand quot; and encouraged us to be in touch with any questions.
For older homes without duct work, and few places to put duct work this is a marvelous option. It is quiet, efficient, quick, and also has the option of heating in the fall. The company was very responsive to our curiosity and made us very happy!

Went very well from start to finish. Ask for Mike Cipollone...he is a very knowledgeable guy and will treat you right!

One winter evening, my house started getting colder and colder and I determined that the furnace wasn't working so I called Cipollone and, after confirming that it was an emergency, they scheduled a serviceman to come and fix the furnace which he did. The furnace needed a new igniter and it was replaced for $230.

Last winter we had some issues with our furnace. The furnace would always have a severe rumble to it when it turned on. So bad and deep that it would cause the whole house to shake. I had Cipollone out to check the issue. They correctly diagnosed it as a drafting issue. The draft regulator was not correctly set, and the exhaust/flue pipe was downsized before connecting to the chimney stack. Also, I had them check the returns and airflow in our addition. The room was isolated from the rest of the house, with just an open door way connecting it. It would always be very cold in the morning...down to 57 in that room while the rest of the house was at 66, even with the door open. We had to set our gas fireplace to max to heat the room and keep pace with the rest of the house. They correctly diagnosed the issue as insufficient air return. There was one large air return elevated on the wall, and it just wouldn't pull.
Cipollone gave me a new properly sized flue pipe and new RC draft regulator. They then checked for furnace draft and calibrated the regulator appropriately. This winter...no more rumble. The furnace is soooo quiet. We can barely hear it kick on. With regard to the return, they rerouted the return in a more direct manner (rather than a 270 degree loop around the house), provided new sheet metal, and tied it in directly to the return on the furnace. In the room itself, they also installed a new return directly below the old elevated return. Both returns are closable. In winter, warm air rises to you want to close the top and open the bottom (to draw the cold air out). In summer you want to close the bottom and open the top (to draw the hot air out). This Fall I checked the temperature in the room every morning (outdoor temps have gotten below 45 at night). I am amazed at how big a difference a properly sized return (as opposed to the supply) makes. Now the air is balanced. In the morning the addition is between 65 and 67 and the house 66.
Cipollone's bid was a bit higher than a competitor, but the quality of workmanship speaks for itself and was well worth it. Very pleased. Highly recommend, and will use again!

The entire installation was preformed in a clean, unabtrusive,professional manner. I was forewarned of any disruption of
utility services, e.g., electrical, water, etc. which would cause an inconvenience to me. The work area was left cleaner than
when they started. Explanation on the use of the new system was performed in layman's language and left me with a
contented feeling. The follow-up calls and subsequent visit was unexpected, but appreciative.

Mark arrived on time and was very personable. He explained the services that needed to be done, performed the work in an efficient and quality oriented manner, and gave us instructions on follow up care to our heating system. Money well spent...I would definitely hire them again in the future.

They are very personable, know what they are doing, and are up to date on the latest efficiency. They are able to provide a green service and are very knowledgeable and intelligent individuals.

They know how to do tricky air conditioning installations. They are very responsive.

I have been using them for the last several years. They installed the system that we have now. They are prompt and courteous. They keep their appointments. If they can't make it they will call and reschedule. They seem to be knowledgeable and provide good service. I haven't compared their prices with anyone else's.

I have been using them for three years and don't have any problems with them. My parents have used them too. I remember when I was young we had a problem on Christmas day and they came over within 15 minutes, you can't beat that. They have been around for a long time.

Crew was professional, friendly and responsive from beginning to end. The first day was very hot and humid and they made sure that the air conditioning was installed and running before the end of the day so that we could stay in the house - in comfort - that evening. Communication with both the crew and office was outstanding.
