Excellent and a fair price. I love it so much I want them to refinish my second level hardwood floors . The work men were courteous and efficient as well as patient with my dog who we had to keep away from the newly refinished floor. I would hire them all over again and likely will in the fall to do my second floor.

Woody and his crew did a great job, and while it took slightly longer than originally anticipated, we are very happy with the results. In addition to refinishing the floors, he also replaced some bad boards and it is impossible to tell. His price was extremely competitive.

We recently moved into our home and wanted the carpets on the second story removed and the hardwood floors refinished. 
Woody and his crew did a great job. They pulled up the existing, gross carpet, removed the staples, sanded and stained the floors in about 6 days. This also included several coats of finishing material and installation of shoe-molding along the walls. The final price was very close to the estimate, with a differential due to some damaged floor that needed to be repaired. The repair looks absolutely flawless and indistinguishable from the original floor. The old carpet was also disposed of.
He was flexible enough to fit the job into his schedule. We used the week between when we closed on the home and when we moved in so that he could work in a mostly empty house. His crew did a great job keeping the place clean and removing old carpet and other equipment.
Would recommend Haverford Hardwood Floors to anyone looking to restore their hardwood floors.

Woody and his team are fantastic they have done multiple jobs for me including a complete floor replacement as well as refinish my clients original hardwood floors on the Main Line.  He's not the cheapest but he's the best!

This is a long, cumbersome process. But it went as well as anyone could expect. Obviously the residents have to be off the floors while sanding is going on (one day) and off the floors while stain and polyurethane is being applied and drying (one day for each coat). There is dust no matter how neat the contractor is. We had already taken everything of the walls and shelves and moved small furniture for painting. Haverford Hardwood Floors moved the heavier furniture and returned to put it back when the whole job was complete. They had to replace some floor boards because of prior damage. You cannot tell which ones are 66 years old and which ones are new. They all look new now. We were very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the final results.
