Please do your research and you will quickly learn the Falcone brothers Joe and Vince have been in business under several iterations of Falcone Builders and have a reputation for shoddy craftsmanship. There is a development with 20+ homes in Broomall near the cemetery that are mold infested and plenty more around Delaware County and now they’ve moved into Montgomery county as well. Actually, just stop by their mold infested stucco office so you can witness their standards first hand. All is well and good until your home starts rotting because of their lack of attention to detail. There is no responsibility or pride of craft. Just shady business. After a $250,000 renovation we were able to salvage the home and sell it. This is all due to their lack of following basic builder guidelines and inscrupulous practices. Do not buy a doghouse from these guys.
