Beth is absolutely amazing to work with. We had her out to walk through the house and review everything that we wanted to do. She took very thorough notes and even made some suggestions that ultimately saved us almost $500. We had written estimates and samples of the vinyl flooring and ceramic tile she recommended within 2 days. We took a day to review her estimates and flooring and hired her. She began the next week. Beth started with the loft bathroom. She took out the tub and got it downstairs without a single mark on the walls. She drywalled the walls where she removed the tub and put in new vinyl flooring. All we had to do was paint and install the shelving. She then moved on to our kitchen and powder room. She had to remove the old flooring completely from the powder room and installed new vinyl in there and all new floor trim. She even fixed the powder room door so it doesn't stick anymore when closing it. In the kitchen she installed a vinyl "floating" floor, new floor trim and all new cove base under the cabinets. A few weeks later we had her out to do our foyer flooring. She brought out a fellow contractor to help with the job. The two of them started at 7am and removed the old flooring, laid out the tile for our approval and set to work gluing. They were finished by 4pm. They returned the next day at 9am and started grouting. They were finished by 5:30pm and had cleaned up everything from the job site. She stopped by the next day to seal the grout and polish the tile. It's a small thing, but Beth always hauls away all the trash and debris...never leaving it for us to put out for trash. Finally, a few weeks later she came out and divided our large basement storage room so that teh front of it could be used for our home-based business to store office supplies, paper, etc. The back remained unfinished for long-term storage. She framed the walls, drywalled, and got the room ready for us to paint and finish. We had originally suggested a small door to the back storage area and she suggested a pocket door that slides into the wall so as to leave us more floor space in the front. Genius! We are currently drawing up plans to refinish our basement into a home theater and plan to have Beth do the work on that. She is a great person to work with and we've found her work top notch.
