 + -1 moreMike picked up and installed the Kohler faucet that I wanted. The cost of service included the price of the faucet. Past work Mike performed included remodeling three bathrooms, installing baseboard heat in my basement, and gas line for my stove. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone.
Description of Work: Mike has been my plumber for 19 years and I rely on him for all of my plumbing needs. For this service, my kitchen faucet needed to be replaced.

 + -1 moreThe work was completed quickly and professionally. A less scrupulous plumber could easily have unnecessarily replaced drain pipes and run up the cost. Mike is very personable, professional and fair. he gets right to work and does not waste time!
Description of Work: We had a leak from a 3rd floor bathroom tub through the 2nd floor ceiling. Mike quickly identified and explained the problem as sply being a gasket which had been installed incorrectly when some work had been done by another plumber 10+ yrs. before. In addition, Mike identified a problem with the drain linkage and also corrected that problem,eliminating some future service.

 + -1 moreThe work went great and was completed in less than a day to include minor excavation, connections to laundry tub and kitchen and properly angling and securing the PVC. All work was performed professionally with a complete cleanup and removal of all debris. Mike also came back approximately a week later to inspect the junction patches to check for leaks. The original leak was completely fixed and the work solved the previous pipe clogs we had been experiencing.
Description of Work: The iron soil pipe, which is partially buried in 85 year old concrete in our full basement, had begun to leak due to deterioration. In addition, we were experiencing clogs in some of the pipes leading from drains in the kitchen and laundry to this soil pipe. Mike took all of the problems into consideration and recommended running PVC pipe from the laundry and kitchen connection in the basement parallel to the damaged soil pipe and connecting to the main soil pipe junction beyond the the deterioration point.

 + -1 moreI have used him for several things in our house over the years. He does a good job. When he does it, I don't have to get it repaired by somebody else. I think that their price is a little bit high.
