Rich returned my call quickly and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was on time, professional, neat, and competent. He had the treadmill working well in a short time, and even took the time to clean it up a bit! The machine is 13 years old and gets a good deal of use. It's good to know that, thanks to Rich's work, we can get continued use out of it since replacing it would mean big $$'s.
