That went okay. He was very nice. I would not say he was great but certainly good. He set up the computer of my husband with new. My husband could not get it off or set off and he has an eye problem. So, he set it off for him. He was good. The price was a little high. The computer did work. He did a good job on my husband’s computer. He is an honest guy.

"Thank you for using Coyne Computer! Our goal is to answer and fix any technical questions or requests the customer may have. I am sorry to hear you thought the price was high. We give estimates and quotes before and job is performed. Customers are not charged for any service not performed to their liking. Geek Squad by Best Buy currently charges $250 for a house call. The average computer repair person charges approx $200. I try and keep my prices honest and fair, and always inform the customer before doing any work. Thank you for the business. We hope your technology works well for you."

James (owner & primary technician) was able to salvage all important documents (pictures, files, music, etc.) as well as performed a general clean-up so that the computer ended up being much faster and responsive after.   Quotes from the best buy & staples to perform the same services were nearly double.   Prompt and courteous service, highly recommend.
